Technical Project Manager

Particle41 is seeking a talented and versatile Technical Project Manager to join our innovative team, The ideal candidate will play the role of Scrum Master but work to understand the client’s product deeply, ensuring the successful execution of technical projects. This position requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and stakeholder.

In This Role, You Will:

Technical Project Manager

Project Leadership:

• Own the project roadmap and delivery plans.
• Define and track project goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Manage risks and proactively address blockers.

Agile Facilitation:

• Be the Scrum Master for the technical team, facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Track team velocity and ensure stories move forward effectively.
• Ensure adherence to agile standards, including "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done."

Product Ownership Support:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Assist in creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and work breakdowns.
• Represent the customer’s perspective, ensuring the delivered solution meets expectations.

Quality Assurance:

• Review team deliverables before client presentations to ensure quality and alignment.
• Facilitate internal sprint demos to gather team feedback.

Technical Collaboration:

• Work closely with technical leads and engineers to align on technical goals and delivery timelines.
• Support the creation of technical documentation and ensure it aligns with project goals.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Provide sprint reports and updates, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.

Team Management:

• Foster a culture of accountability and ownership within the team.
• Support team members by removing roadblocks and enabling productivity.
• Encourage a collaborative, lean, and efficient project environment.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Promote a lean and cost-effective approach to project management.

Skills and Experience We Value:.

• Master’s of Business Administration (MBA), or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Preferred a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience..
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with multinational teams.
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello. 

Preferred Certifications

• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Professional.
• SAFe certification or PMP certification are a plus.
