We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role requires a highly autonomous, proactive leader who can navigate ambiguity, manage multiple workstreams, and partner closely with Engineering, Product, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency with excellent stakeholder management, operational rigor, and a hands-on execution mindset.
End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of complex technology projects, from initiation through execution and final launch.
Operational Planning: Drive planning, scope definition, timelines, budgets, and dependency mapping across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and gaps, driving mitigation plans with minimal supervision to ensure project health.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and UX teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and high delivery quality.
Executive Communication: Facilitate clear communication for leadership, including status reporting, risk escalation, and decision-making support.
Agile Excellence: Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and support efficient digital product development cycles.
Data-Driven Improvement: Use metrics to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously improve team delivery effectiveness.
Tool Mastery: Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project to maintain full transparency and accountability.
Proven Leadership: Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation to delivery.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and digital product development.
Autonomy: Highly proactive with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and drive solutions independently.
Strategic Execution: Proven experience managing scope, budgets, and complex dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Tooling Expertise: Hands-on experience with project management infrastructure (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).
Certifications: Scrum Master experience and/or certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Agile Expertise: Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
Enterprise Scale: Experience supporting large-scale technology programs for global organizations.
