The role:

In this position, you will work in a high-impact role driving the integration and ongoing operations of mobile wallet programs (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay). This will include coordinating with business units, product divisions, and cross-functional teams both internal and external to Galileo. You will be responsible for defining, communicating, and executing technical integrations of external applications. You will collaborate closely with clients, partner banks, internal Galileo teams to ensure accurate setup, successful provisioning and transaction flows across Visa and Mastercard ecosystems.  The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and has the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll play the critical role of steering and prioritizing the efforts of internal and external product teams to drive the client to a successful market launch while managing technical and business risk. 

What you’ll do:

  • Navigate Visa Online and Mastercard Connect to add and update mobile wallet metadata; assist with access and correct client/feature selections as needed.
  • Work directly with APIs and event messages; apply a basic understanding of authorization and provisioning flows for mobile wallets to support client needs and identify issues for escalation as appropriate.
  • Review status of projects, set deadlines, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal project staff resources to execute project plans
  • Participate in evaluating existing systems and business functions
  • Gather, communicate, and prioritize both business and technical requirements for new projects to fulfill client needs
  • Balance project planning, execution, risk, issue mitigation, and escalation to management as appropriate
  • Participate and develop new processes that align closely with company and department OKRs while onboarding new projects and opportunities.

What you’ll need:

  • BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, related field, or equivalent experience 
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to communicate with multiple teams, and ability to apply critical thinking to problem solve custom solutions
  • Experience with APIs, cloud networking, tools to test/troubleshoot API issues, and software development lifecycle
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • 4+ years of IT Project Management experience preferred
  • You know how to build an effective project plan that takes into account technical details, internal and external dependencies, shared resources, and risks.
  • Ability to earn trust, build and maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
  • Understanding of mobile wallet authorization and provisioning flows for card transactions preferred
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

$92,800$174,000 USD
