We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager (Mid-level) with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate end-to-end EC/National funded project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through to deployment and support.
  • Business Development: Preparation of  inputs for new funding opportunities/ proposals & represent the company in networking events like info days, and  matchmaking events.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and refresh relevant information stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare the project documentation, which includes reports, presentations, and updates on the project status.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project risks to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Resource Allocation: Conduct project resource planning and allocation to maximize the efficiency of team members
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support by leveraging Robotics, AI, and Data Science knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance: Be responsible for the quality assurance process by making sure project deliverables meet the specified requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in EC/National funded projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities are essential, particularly when balancing diverse stakeholder needs and project specifications.
  • Proficiency in preparing project documentation and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek, with the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and to navigate stakeholder communications at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to projects involving AI and/or robotics.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2) is a plus.
