Technical Project Manager

TLDR

Manage end-to-end technical project delivery by coordinating engineering teams and vendors, ensuring projects meet quality and timeline standards in a dynamic environment.

Position Summary:


As we expand our trading products and client acquisition channels, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Global Product Delivery team.

You will drive the delivery of technical projects end-to-end, coordinating between engineering teams, business units, and external vendors. Your goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standard.


Key Functions:


  • Project Execution: Manage projects from initial definition through to launch, tracking milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Orchestrate work across multiple engineering teams, business units, and third-party providers to remove blockers and keep delivery on track.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee external technology partners, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and timelines.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and dependencies across concurrent workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates to business stakeholders, managing expectations on timelines, scope, and delivery progress.

 

Competencies and Required Background:


  • Required: 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role.
  • Preferred: Background in FinTech, Financial Services, or FX/CFD brokerage.
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing third-party delivery - CRM (FXBO or similar), Payments and Card integrations (PSPs, Praxis, Clowd9, Purpleplum, Idemia or similar), marketing tools (Braze, Google Analytics, or similar).
