Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team on a FinTech integration project.

Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain and execute project scope as per aligned project plan and budget.
• Manage teams of technology professionals to ensure overall project success.
• Perform stakeholder management and execute customer-oriented, but also expertise-driven communication strategy.
• Execute project delivery leveraging benefits of Agile and/or Hybrid Agile methodologies.
• Drive Agile rituals to an extent of that makes sense and brings value to the team.
• Together with the technical lead, ensure proper task management, distribution, and delivery.
• Properly identify and manage project risks, opportunities, and priorities.
• Perform reporting on projects being executed (brief report to VP Delivery).
• Perform delivery as per the pre-defined SDLC of the customer.
• Steer and contribute to the documentation being delivered (Solution Design, Technical Design etc.)
• Steer and oversee release schedule, scope, and completeness, coordinate efforts of DevOps stream.
• Contribute to change management both on the project and within Leadex Systems organization.
• Be a shield for the team and a trusted advisor for the customer.
• Be ready to contribute to requirements gathering and refinement, will this be required.
• Navigate your team through the project and coach them on the go.
• Perform regular 1:1s with your team members to help them succeed in the project and in their career.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in team management and project management. 
  
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Agile and Hybrid Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong technical background: (your stakeholders are CIOs speaking code and APIs from time to time).
• Strong system analysis/business analysis skills (when starting with a small team, tech PM position sometimes includes a bit of BA responsibilities).
• Jira + Confluence power user.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation for enterprise-level customers.
  
• Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC and release management best practices.
• Confident spoken English: B2 or higher.
