We are looking for a Project Manager who can own delivery end to end. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving multiple technology projects from requirement discovery through production release, with full accountability for timelines, scope, and execution quality.
This is not a coordination role. You are expected to actively drive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to define scope, milestones, and delivery plans
- Create and manage detailed project plans, sprint plans, and release calendars
- Lead Agile execution using Scrum and Kanban based on project needs
- Run sprint ceremonies including planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Actively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution
- Own release management including planning, readiness checks, and go live coordination
- Ensure clear documentation of requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery status in JIRA
- Track progress against plan and provide clear, structured updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure projects reach their defined end state with proper closure and handover
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands on experience as a Project Manager in a technology environment
- Strong expertise in JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery models including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience managing full lifecycle projects, not just execution phases
- Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical discussions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing control of details
- Clear, concise communicator who can speak equally well with engineers and senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
What Success Looks Like
- Projects are delivered predictably with minimal surprises
- Releases are planned, controlled, and executed smoothly
- Stakeholders always know where things stand
- Teams are clear on priorities and expectations
- Delivery issues are surfaced early and resolved decisively
Benefits
- Opportunity to work within a dynamic engineering team building impactful solutions.
- Access to modern technology stacks and a culture of continuous learning.
- Competitive compensation linked to performance and contribution.
- Clear career pathway to senior engineering and leadership roles.
- A values-driven culture that prioritises integrity, trust, and excellence at every level.
