ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a full-time position based in Tunis or Cairo, reporting to the Technical Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Delivery
- Manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept to successful delivery
- Define and document functional specifications
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact between business, technical, and operational teams
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and timelines
- Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and issue resolution
Monitoring & Quality Assurance
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Support testing phases (UAT, end-to-end validation) and ensure launch readiness
- Monitor issues and follow up using logs, test data, and performance indicators
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements in tools, workflows, and documentation
- Promote best practices in project management and delivery
PROFILE
- Good understanding of technical environments, including API-based integrations
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation (endpoints, credentials, integration flows)
- Familiarity with staging and production environments, configuration checks, and deployment processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management, integration delivery, or a similar cross-functional technical role
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Autonomous, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
