We are transforming and accelerating clinical trials, to help get life-saving treatments to patients faster and accelerate innovation in healthcare. To that end, we build a cutting-edge software suite that connects all clinical research stakeholders, from research teams to treating physicians, patients, and study sponsors on a real-time, real-world data SaaS platform, powered by AI.
Deep 6 AI is looking for a Technical Project Manager(TPM) for our main clinical trials application with solid experience in building features and reliable systems at scale. We're in the exciting and rapidly growing consumer healthcare industry which requires continuous innovation, rigorous quality, and iteration. As a TPM, you will work closely with the engineering and product team members to deliver high quality, scalable software for our clinical trial acceleration software. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing performant application projects, with a desire to collaborate with others and apply the best tools for the job.
What You'll Do
- Maintain agile processes and ensure process integrity
- Facilitate agile ceremonies for 1-3 engineering workstreams
- Manage the following areas of projects and facilitate forums: delivery status, project health, dependency management, risk mitigation and issues, resource planning, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with the 2nd Level Leadership of each competency to ensure the right people are engaged on the projects at the right time
- Drive release planning, readiness, and track overall release with key stakeholders
- Measure, monitor, and communicate project metrics internally to the standards of the Program Management Office
- Facilitate the process of elaboration, decomposition, and estimation of complex project components into manageable parts with delivery plans
- Track progress against plans and facilitate trade-off discussions on scope, schedule, or resources
- 2-5+ years of experience of technical project management, or equivalent
- 1+ years of successfully implementing and managing SaaS product development projects
- Strong follow-up and control, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Clickup)
- Deep experience in agile development methodologies
- Experience with Healthcare, HL7 or HIPAA Applications and industry
- ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent certified
