Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and complete multiple technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Oversee project tracking, team coordination, and delivery of engineering and infrastructure initiatives.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; act proactively to resolve blockers and resource contentions.
Lead stakeholder communication by providing transparent and structured updates on objectives, timelines, risks, and critical issues.
Drive collaboration across cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of priorities.
Manage and document changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using standardized change control practices.
Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation (plans, risks, decisions, retrospectives).
Champion continuous improvement in project execution, workflow, and communication processes within the tech organization.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical project management
Technical background (e.g., software development, systems engineering, or cloud architecture).
Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent tech projects with cross-functional teams.
Excellent risk and dependency management skills; ability to foresee blockers and proactively resolve them.
Experience in using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical complexity into business context.
Experience managing change control and scope negotiation in agile environments.
Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality project documentation and stakeholder updates.
