technical project manager

BlackStone eIT is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the outlined specifications.

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring that project goals align with business objectives. You will leverage your project management expertise to drive innovation and efficiency, implementing best practices to optimize project performance.

Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables that meet stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and timelines.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project management methodologies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams.
• Lead project meetings and maintain relevant project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience managing software development projects is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and adapting environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) is an advantage.
• PMP or similar certification is preferred but not mandatory.
