Technical Project Manager (6-Months)

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and specify project scope, goals, deliverables, and deliverable timelines.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of project goals.
• Monitor and report on progress of projects, addressing any issues or risks that arise during execution.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Implement best practices and methodologies for project management, ensuring adherence to defined processes.
• Facilitate meetings and status updates to promote transparency and effective communication among teams.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
• Act as the point of contact for all project-related communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, especially in the technology sector.
• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to software development and IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) is desirable.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
