About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Project Delivery Manager to strengthen execution and predictability across multiple technical teams working on platform, infrastructure, networking, and security initiatives.
This role acts as the connective tissue between teams, ensuring work is well-planned, prioritized, and delivered efficiently. If you thrive on driving clarity, challenging assumptions, and keeping teams aligned to the most valuable outcomes, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Quarterback incoming demand: Act as the first point of triage for new requests, coordinating priorities and routing work appropriately across teams.

Challenge current practices: Encourage smarter ways of working, streamline processes, and push teams to adopt habits that improve predictability and quality.

Enforce prioritization discipline: Ensure teams focus on the highest-value work, prevent over commitment, and protect capacity for unplanned or critical issues.

Orchestrate delivery across multiple teams: Align and oversee interconnected work streams, dependencies, and shared deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

Sprint & backlog management: Partner with team leads to plan realistic sprints, groom and prioritize backlogs, and improve story quality and readiness.

Improve efficiency & throughput: Identify delivery bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and promote better workload balancing across teams.

Increase predictability: Refine consistent rhythms for sprint planning, status updates, retrospectives, and progress tracking to enhance visibility.

Coach & support team leads: Help team leads adopt stronger agile habits, improve workload estimation, and develop a more disciplined delivery cadence.

Communicate effectively: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes to scope or priority.

Drive operational excellence: Promote automation, standardization, and documentation practices that reduce unplanned work and technical debt.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in technical project or program delivery across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and delivery frameworks.
- Ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cloud, infrastructure, or security-related projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and enterprise environments.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management.
