The Sr. Technical Program Manager (STPgM) owns the end-to-end delivery of complex, client-facing software programs. Responsibilities

  • Own program-level outcomes for multiple streams, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, while aligning roadmaps with business objectives. 30%
  • Lead cross-stream resource allocation, dependency management, and risk resolution to maintain predictable outcomes. 20%
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, monitoring variance and ensuring profitability. 20%
  • Provide consistent communication of program health, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders, translating technical challenges into business impact. 15%
  • Ensure disciplined planning, estimation, and quality reviews across delivery teams. 10%
  • Contribute to mentoring and developing project/program managers, improving delivery capability and accountability.

Qualifications
