Technical Program Manager, Sustaining (Contract)

The Role

We’re looking for a highly self-motivated Program Manager professional who can lead all GoPro active products design changes to meet product, quality and business goals. The person will extremely collaborate with both internal and external to drive project deliverables on schedule, within budget and achieve quality standards.

What You Will Do 

• Lead product design wise hardware changes, alternative sources qualification, new contract manufacturers/facilities and suppliers qualification.
• Drive and coordinate the cross-functional teams and GoPro Contract Manufacturers or suppliers to deliver the assigned sustaining projects within the scope and target.
• Prioritize multiple projects and plan the risk mitigation proactively.
• Ensure that the proper process is followed in accordance with GoPro guidelines.
• Regular project meetings and execution update/reports.
  
  

Skills We’re Stoked About

• Bachelor Science or degree in Electrical or Mechanical, and above or equivalent.
• At least 3-year hands-on experiences in consumer electronics products project management in engineering organization, and familiar with supply chain and manufacturing knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills collaborating with cross-functions.
• Independently work with minimal guidance and handle multiple tasks.
• PMP certification and solid understanding of Microsoft office kits, Jira, standard PLM and wiki tools.
• Proficient language skills in English and Mandarin.
