Responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager at SHIELD, you will drive execution across Product and Engineering for our global fraud intelligence platform. You will manage cross-functional delivery of security, and platform-critical initiatives, supporting teams from planning through release and ensuring predictable execution at scale. You will also coordinate our annual SOC 2 and ISO 27001 renewals, helping maintain SHIELD’s audit readiness and trust with customers.

  • Drive execution of the product roadmap from planning through release. Coordinate sprints, manage cross-team dependencies, and track blockers to support on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project tracking in tools such as Jira, Linear or Asana. Provide clear, regular updates on progress, risks, and timeline changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Own day-to-day Engineering workflows, ensure tickets are well scoped, maintain documentation and change management processes.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for annual SOC 2 and ISO 27001 renewals, manage auditor coordination, schedule interviews and gather required documentation.
  • Support third-party vendor reviews and internal risk tracking to ensure required follow-ups are completed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant industries.
  • Proven experience delivering software across Product and Engineering teams.
  • Clear and structured communicator, with ability to summarize technical status and risks for stakeholders.
  • Comfortable running focused meetings and driving follow-through across teams.
