Tasks

What you’ll do 


  • Manage multiple projects.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and marketing.
  • Identify potential risks and conflicts between projects.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  • Proactively address issues before they impact timelines or deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the VP of engineering, CTO, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate program status, key milestones, risks, and progress regularly.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on priorities and progress.
  • Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure program success.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track program progress and performance.

Requirements

Our ideal new colleague 

 

  • Proven experience in defining and delivering products or platforms, ideally with a technical focus.
  • Strong background in product management, preferably in an engineering platform or developer tooling role.
  • Jira expert, including workflow design, permission schemes, custom fields, automation, and system governance to support complex, cross-functional program execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders. English is our primary language; German is a plus.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a keen interest in emerging trends and technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and an iterative approach to product development.
  • A curious, growth-oriented mindset, always looking to innovate and improve.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is beneficial but not required. A technical background is a plus, but not a must.
