Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, with 6–8+ years of TPM, logistics, or manufacturing experience in high-scale industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, electronics).
Proven expertise in leading complex, cross-functional logistics programs from design through implementation, utilizing tools like SmartSheets and MS Project to manage schedules, track milestones, and mitigate risks.
Deep knowledge of warehouse optimization, material flow, logistics engineering, and lean manufacturing principles, paired with hands-on experience using ERP and WMS platforms (e.g., SAP).
Strong track record of driving organizational change and adopting new standards, backed by exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align and influence teams at all levels.
Robust analytical capabilities with practical experience in process mapping, defining KPIs, and building operational dashboards to monitor performance and solve complex operational challenges.
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics, in addition to professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Lean, or Six Sigma.
Proven success in establishing logistics operations from the ground up during major production scale-ups or new greenfield program launches.
Strong technical ability using SQL, Python, or simulation tools to drive optimizations and support data-driven decision-making.
Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse safety and quality standards, including EHS guidelines, OSHA regulations, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 requirements.
