We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support high-visibility IT programs with security and compliance requirements within the Executive PMO (EPMO). This role operates in a governance-driven environment where proactive communication, structured execution, and transparent risk management are critical to success.

What you'll do:
Lead and support IT and Security-related programs, including compliance initiatives, system implementations, and cross-functional technology projects
Maintain consistent and structured program governance including RAID logs, milestone tracking, and status reporting
Identify risks early and escalate appropriately to EPMO and leadership stakeholders
Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to track compliance-related dependencies and remediation efforts
Provide executive-ready summaries and accurate health reporting
Facilitate structured program reviews and cross-functional working sessions
Maintain documentation aligned with audit and compliance expectations
Support EPMO standards, tools, and reporting frameworks (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent)
Operating Model
Works within established EPMO governance standards
Provides weekly program visibility and updates
Uses Slack and structured reporting channels for communication and escalation
Partners with EPMO leadership for executive escalations when required
Maintains documentation in system-of-record tools (Smartsheet)
What you'll bring:
4+ years of experience in technical program or project management (or equivalent experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives)
Experience supporting IT, Security, compliance-driven, or governance-heavy initiatives
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and stakeholders
Experience working in governance-driven or audit-sensitive environments
Proficiency with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to escalate constructively and collaborate effectively
