Role Overview:
We are seeking a Program Manager to support hardware lifecycle projects by conducting research, analyzing device data, and coordinating across teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a self-directed role, balancing independent research with collaborative project management to help reduce operational churn and support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate hardware lifecycle projects, including tracking end-of-life timelines, identifying replacement needs, and supporting last-time buy planning.

  • Conduct deep research on device attributes, reviewing multiple systems and manually analyzing data in Excel or similar tools.

  • Interface with internal teams and clients on technical matters related to hardware and network lifecycle management.

  • Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to support project decisions.

  • Provide program schedules, status reports, and analytical insights to Product Managers and stakeholders.

  • Organize cross-functional activities to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

  • Support daily operational churn by responding to unexpected research requests and providing accurate data.

  • Serve as a supportive team player contributing to overall team efficiency and results.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the hardware or network industry, with a strong understanding of device lifecycle management.

  • 2+ years of program/project management experience, including planning, tracking, and reporting on complex projects.

  • 2+ years of analytical and technical experience, including data analysis, Excel proficiency, and research on hardware/device attributes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively drive research projects.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with multiple stakeholders and presenting technical information clearly.

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $41.00-45.00 USD hourly. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
