Technical Program Manager - Growing B2B Startup

We are looking for a talented Technical Program Manager (or Project Manager) to join our Engineering team. At our small startup, everyone wears many hats. In this role you will have a wide variety of responsibilities focused on driving our product forward, and extensive opportunity for growth as our products and customers continue to develop. 

As a Technical Program Manager at Seekout, you will:  

• Designing systems to improve customer engagement and satisfaction 
• Project managing internal processes such as security and compliance 
• Defining and managing the delivery of new end-user features 
• Working with our Sales and Customer Success team to make sure customers get the most out of SeekOut 
• Developing training content 

Our ideal Technical Program Manager will have: 

• 3+ years of experience managing software projects from idea to completion  
• A sense of empathy for Customer and Users 
• Strong design thinking 
• Exceptional written communication skills 
• Experience working at a startup is preferred, but if you can show how you applied a startup mentality in a larger organization that works, too!  
• A great attitude and be a friendly, low-ego team player  
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant technical experience 
• Bonus points for experience with any of: Search, AI, ML, NLP, UX design, HR Tech, Recruiting, or having been a hiring manager
