Your Role Your mission will be to accelerate and optimize the development of our future customer products while meeting quality, cost, timeline, and performance requirements. At the heart of innovation, you will be responsible for transforming customer needs into industrialized products, ready for mass production. By working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will define processes, milestones, and key actions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and help us achieve our growth objectives. Your Responsibilities 1. Accelerate and secure product industrialization
  • Industrialize the 6 ongoing projects to ensure their timely production launch
  • Prepare the industrialization of the next 6 products for a Q1 2026 launch
  • Establish a consolidated project schedule and track key milestones
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive problem-solving actions (particularly in Asia)
  • Monitor supply, capacity, and quality risks in coordination with field teams
  • 2. Support business performance
  • Ensure customer deliveries in terms of quality, cost, and timelines
  • Integrate customer requirements from the project phase onward (quality assurance, processes for integrating our technologies into customer products)
  • Support the Sales team by clarifying technical responsibilities between Fairmat, OEMs, and customers when necessary
  • 3. Manage a team of program managers
  • Manage a team of 5 to 8 Program Managers
  • Organize the project portfolio: up to 5 development projects + 10 lead projects per PM
  • Monitor team activities on a weekly basis, ensuring the practicality of solutions proposed by team members
  • Structure team rituals and foster skills development
  • Profile Sought
    You have experience managing large-scale industrial projects in a ramp-up and scalability context.
    You are skilled at leading projects transversally and have strong customer relationship skills.
    You have expertise in the design of complex material-based products.
    You have more than 8 years of experience in the design of sports products.
    You are fluent in English.

    Additional Information
    Location: Paris
    The position requires regular travel between Nantes and Paris (2 to 3 times per month), as well as to Asia.
    Permanent contract (CDI), occasional remote work allowed.
