The Technical Program Manager, Design Delivery will be responsible for all integration and technical infrastructure scope delivery as well as liaise with a number of internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will support our clients to deliver large, complex Data Center projects and programs.
Stakeholder management - Represent and maintain the relationship with the client and liaise with external stakeholders.
Be responsible for management of the projects technical infrastructure (CSA, MEP, Telecom)
Responsible for coordination and monitoring of data center design and planned execution relating to the EA (Early access) and other critical milestones.
Depending on the scope of the project, manage the project through its relevant phases (i.e. design, procurement, construction and handover) ensuring requirements and deliverables are being met.
Ensure flow of information between all parties to the contract is effective and timely.
Lead or attend key meetings and be prepared to provide progress reports, collaborate to resolve issues, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Responsible for management and reporting of the scoping, design, and execution status of the following scopes and deliverables: site master planning and civil coordination, architectural and structural design, MEP systems, Telecom, and Controls.
Strong technical background with a bachelor's degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Civils or closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role as Integration Manager.
Successfully delivered large scale, complex, multidisciplinary design and construction Data Center projects for clients.
Must have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
Influencing skills as well as strong communication skills allowing you to effectively interact with clients, contractors, management, and colleagues.
An ability to manage expectations, influence change, and provide technical assessments on design drawings.
Ability to see the big picture and dive into the weeds as needed.
Full understanding of all engineering disciplines and ability to demonstrate skills to manage engineering resources.
Proven record in delivery of IFB, IFP and IFC packages.
Excellent communication skills with ability to understand complex topics/ problems and distill the message clearly.
Design-build and Pre-Construction Project Management experience is a plus.
Advanced project management skills and demonstrated application of project and program management fundamentals to complex engineering problems.
International work experience or working within an international context is an advantage.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 – $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
