In This Role

In this role, you will support large-scale infrastructure and cloud services programs by coordinating technical execution, managing incidents, and driving platform modernization initiatives. You will work closely with global engineering, product, and support teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. The role requires strong technical understanding, clear communication, and the ability to independently drive problem-solving across cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support infrastructure and cloud services programs, including incident management and platform modernization initiatives
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders on technical and program-related matters from project initiation through delivery
  • Coordinate Azure infrastructure–related efforts and ensure contractual or regulatory commitments are met
  • Develop and maintain program/project schedules, status reports, and risk/issue tracking
  • Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documentation to guide implementation decisions
  • Provide technical and analytical insights to product and program stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Organize and lead cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Drive proactive problem-solving and independently resolve execution challenges
  • Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • May manage or oversee project execution activities as required

 

Required Qualifications

  • 5–6+ years of experience in a technical, program management, or analytics-focused role
  • Strong technical understanding of tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • 5–6+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and analytical problem-solving
  • 5–6+ years of experience managing or coordinating programs/projects across multiple teams
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership beyond task execution
  • Strong communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional discussions and presenting to stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across engineering, product, and support functions
  • Ability to operate in a remote environment with fixed working hours

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cloud infrastructure or platform modernization initiatives
  • Background in incident management or operational support environments
  • Experience working on high-impact, enterprise-scale programs
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business or operational insights
  • Prior exposure to regulated, contractual, or geographically distributed programs
  • Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelines

Salary Range 

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
