This role is execution-focused, helping to implement organizational programs, track project progress, and maintain operational dashboards. While you will work across multiple teams, your focus is on execution rather than strategic decision-making.

WHY DO WE WANT YOU

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Support org-wide engineering programs such as onboarding, mentorship, promotion cycles, release reviews, and offsites.
  • Follow established processes to ensure programs are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Maintain documentation and process adherence across programs.

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating projects across Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
  • Track timelines, dependencies, and risks under guidance from the lead TPM.
  • Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Help maintain dashboards, status reports, and basic metrics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Identify minor process inefficiencies and suggest improvements within scope.

Collaboration & Support

  • Serve as a reliable partner to the lead TPM and other stakeholders.
Execute tasks that enable the team to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Support meetings, documentation, and follow-ups to keep projects on track.

YOU HAVE…
