Technical Program Manager
TLDR
Bring order and strategic clarity to defense products, ensuring field intelligence turns into disciplined operations that scale in fast-paced environments.
In this role, you will bring rigorous operational structure to fast-moving, ambiguous product environments. As the Technical Program Manager for Defense Products, you'll own the internal backbone of our Short Range Strike and Medium Range Strike portfolios, translating field insights from our forward-deployed engineering team into structured, predictable product roadmaps and disciplined lifecycle management.
Your job is to be the internal anchor that makes our defense product teams successful. While forward-deployed engineers handle customer-facing technical execution, you ensure that the insights they gather in the field become actionable plans, clear backlogs, and reliable release cycles.
Your mission: Bring order, structure, and strategic clarity to Auterion's defense product portfolios. Ensure that field intelligence translates into disciplined product operations that scale.
