Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at Ajaib, you will be at the forefront of our innovation, playing a vital role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs that drive our mission forward. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and designers, to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead program planning, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and timeline management.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Monitor program progress, identify blockers, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Analyze program performance metrics and provide updates to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or project management, preferably in technology or software development environments.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
- Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or similar are a plus.
