The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (AI & Platform) to drive the execution engine behind Bizee’s platform modernization and AI-powered transformation. You will orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Platform, Data, AI/ML, and Product, ensuring the systems powering the Entrepreneur Operating System ship on time, scale efficiently, and maintain clarity across teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering rigor, system-level thinking, operational excellence, and fast-moving product environments. You will be the connective tissue that ensures platform modernization, API strategy, AI integration, and data workflows all move in lockstep with clear priorities, crisp communication, and zero ambiguity.

Requirements

What You’ll Own

Program Leadership & Technical Execution

• Run end-to-end program management for platform modernization, Data, AI initiatives, infrastructure work, and cross-team dependencies.
• Define roadmaps, milestones, risks, and reporting for platform, data, and AI programs.
• Translate complex systems work into clear, actionable execution plans.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

• Align Engineering, Platform, Data, AI/ML, Product, and Design around a unified execution rhythm.
• Ensure dependencies, sequencing, and resource needs are visible and well-managed.
• Facilitate decision-making, unblock teams, and ensure outcomes stay on track.

AI & Platform Delivery

• Drive execution across AI-powered workflows, automation, and ML model integration.
• Support rollout of API-first foundations, event-driven architecture, and system re-architecture.
• Partner with the Head of Data & AI and Head of Platform Engineering to ensure technical initiatives land cleanly.

Operational Excellence

• Establish consistent operating mechanisms: weekly priorities, program reviews, status reports, and risk visuals.
• Improve engineering predictability, reduce operational drag, and increase velocity.
• Build repeatable processes that scale as teams grow into independent product squads.

Communication & Clarity

• Create crisp, concise communication for executives and stakeholders.
• Translate technical work into business impact, risk summaries, and clear updates.
• Maintain transparency on progress, blockers, and resourcing across the company.

What You’ll Bring

• 6–10+ years of Technical Program Management in SaaS, platform, or high-scale engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering systems: APIs, microservices, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and ML-in-production.
• Demonstrated success orchestrating cross-functional, multi-quarter technical programs.
• Experience supporting modernization, migration, or re-architecture initiatives.
• Ability to partner deeply with engineering leads while communicating clearly to executives.
• High operational rigor: you bring structure, clarity, sequencing, and accountability.
• A builder’s mindset, detail-oriented, high ownership, proactive, and unafraid of ambiguity.

Within 6–12 months, Bizee’s platform and AI initiatives run with clarity and predictability; dependencies are aligned; engineering velocity improves; risks surface early; API modernization and AI-powered workflows ship on time; cross-functional execution becomes smoother; and you become the force multiplier ensuring our technical strategy turns into reality.
