Below are the requirements for the role:-

Minimum 10 years of experience in data-driven and systems business analysis roles.
Strong SQL expertise with the ability to analyze complex datasets, perform data profiling, and validate transformations.
Deep understanding of databases, data warehouses, and data lakes, including ETL/ELT flows and data lineage tracking.
Experience analyzing end-to-end data pipelines, including upstream/downstream impacts and schema changes.
Hands-on exposure to APIs (REST/SOAP/JSON/XML) with the ability to interpret request/response structures and derive requirements.
Proven ability to document data mappings, system integrations, functional requirements, BRDs/FRDs, and user stories.
Skilled in requirement elicitation using workshops, interviews, process flows, and data‑analysis techniques.
Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, Visio/Lucidchart, and data modeling tools.
Strong understanding of ETL transformations, joins, subqueries, and window functions
Ability to investigate data issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve data quality gaps.
Familiarity with AWS/Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing complex system integrations across multiple applications.
Ability to assess and communicate the impact of system and data changes to cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong BA fundamentals: requirements gathering, story writing, acceptance criteria, change management, sprint practices.
Preferred domain knowledge in Wealth Management, client portfolios, brokers/dealers, trade lifecycle, custodians, and clearing processes
