About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to support complex, data-driven initiatives across multiple products and platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product operations, program execution, analytics, and technical tooling, partnering closely with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, product intuition, and operational rigor, with the ability to independently analyze data, leverage AI-assisted workflows, and drive measurable improvements through automation and structured execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Support program execution strategy across multiple products and platforms, including launching new initiatives (0→1), accelerating delivery, and improving execution quality
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze data, identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and support real-time operational decisions
  • Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and prototype operational solutions
  • Proactively identify execution risks, develop data-backed mitigation plans, and communicate tradeoffs and updates clearly to stakeholders
  • Drive general program management activities, including dependency tracking, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment, with a strong focus on technical rigor and accountability

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, consulting, strategy, or technical operations
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, transformations)
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools or agents to accelerate analysis or automate workflows
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, documentation, automation)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a track record of using data to anticipate and resolve execution challenges
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience at a large tech company, such as Amazon, Meta, Google, Microsoft, etc.
  • Experience with VS Code or similar development environments
  • Exposure to low-code / no-code tools or AI-assisted prototyping
  • Dashboarding or BI experience (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technical requirements
  • Background in QA, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows

Benefits

Compensation Range: $85-105/hr, DOE
