Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of platform infrastructure capabilities that enable our digital trust solutions, ensuring technical excellence and cross-functional coordination
  • Develop deep domain expertise in EUDI Wallet ecosystem, VP/VC protocols, and digital identity standards to inform platform decisions
  • Communicate with stakeholders and align them around delivery milestones and technical dependencies
  • Collaborate with Solutions Team on platform strategy and translate strategic priorities into executable technical roadmaps across multiple engineering teams
  • Coordinate with other platform teams to ensure alignment and manage cross-team dependencies
  • Prioritize features and infrastructure roadmap based on platform leverage and strategic business priorities
  • Communicate regularly on delivery progress, technical risks, and roadmap adjustments
  • Ensure platform capabilities are designed for reusability, scalability, and composability across multiple products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Product Manager or Technical Product Manager, with demonstrated experience in platform/infrastructure work, preferably in Digital Trust, Identity/Authentication, or regulated sectors
  • ·Willingness to develop deep expertise in EUDI Wallet standards, VP/VC protocols (Verifiable Presentations/Verifiable Credentials), and trust infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns
  • Experience with security and compliance standards (OAuth, OIDC, eIDAS, GDPR, or similar) or strong motivation to learn these
  • Ability to prioritize topics, manage dependencies, and meet deadlines in complex multi-team environments
  • Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment where strategic direction comes from cross-functional teams
  • Leadership skills and ability to influence without authority
  • In-depth technical knowledge to participate meaningfully in architectural and technical decisions
  • Understanding of software system engineering concepts, including scalability, security, and performance
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and technical roadmap management
  • Excellent analysis and communication skills, with ability to communicate technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in English language
