  • Collaborate with engineering teams (internal and/or external) to ensure successful delivery
  • Advocate for the customer while balancing market, technical, and industry considerations
  • Coalesce diverse inputs into a coherent and executable product roadmap

Given your technical background, you will participate in architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and contribute to build-versus-buy decisions. You will work closely with cloud infrastructure on AWS, making informed decisions related to scalability, performance, and cost optimization, while keeping customer outcomes at the center.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into action
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder management
