Technical Product Manager

As the Technical Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our current and future product range, compliance, and technical management across Soudal’s broad portfolio. Collaborating especially with sales, marketing and supply chain teams, you'll ensure their products remain at the forefront of the industry. From customer insights to quality assurance, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, market offers, and customer success.

This role is also responsible for ensuring Soudal meets all local compliance requirements including packaging, specifications, storage, transport– while providing technical support to both our internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical knowledge and support of our product ranges – internally and externally with our customers and end users
• Manage technical documentation and processes ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Handle the more complex product enquiries or complaints.
• Involvement in rolling out training materials and education to internal teams, customers, and end-users on product features and benefits plus application support.
• Working cross-functionally and with product management teams in Belgium to evolve our offer and spread knowledge.  

We’re looking for a self-motivated specialist with strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. 

You will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical and/or product management role.
• A Chemical Engineering, Science Degree, or similar qualification is highly desirable.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering tailored solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret technical data and make recommendations.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
• A practical, hands-on approach, eager to test, compare, and refine product offerings.
• Experience in product strategy, lifecycle management, and market analysis within a technical product industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support technical documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
