As part of Hostinger's billing team, you'll be responsible for running daily operations of a billing team, consult, gather feature requests and help team overcome delivery obstacles..   • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders - answer questions related to product functionality, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Facilitate effective communication by meeting regularly with stakeholders to understand priorities, align expectations, and ensure transparency across teams.
  • Support the delivery team by identifying and helping to remove delivery obstacles, ensuring smooth progress and timely issue resolution.
  • Plan and manage the stakeholder backlog, prioritize upcoming work, and communicate delivery plans and timelines (typically on a weekly basis).
  • Keep stakeholders informed about any relevant changes, risks, or delivery adjustments in a clear and timely manner.
  • Maintain high-level documentation of key features - especially billing functionality - to ensure knowledge sharing, transparency, and smooth onboarding for new team members.
  • Your skills and experience
  • Technical understanding of API-based services with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience delivering projects across multiple teams, demonstrating coordination and collaboration abilities.
  • Understanding of financial or billing processes is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation for features and processes is a plus.
  • Experience in visualizing workflows (e.g., user journeys, sequence diagrams, or system architecture diagrams) is an asset.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (both written and spoken) is required.
