We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own and drive our portfolio of customer-facing AI services across LeadVenture's family of marketplace platforms. You'll be responsible for working with our platform teams to define requirements for success of the services within the platforms; shaping user experiences; and coordinating integration of AI capabilities across 5-10 SaaS platforms that serve independent vehicle dealers in the pre-owned auto, RV, powersports, marine, and other industry verticals.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role that requires equal parts technical depth, product intuition, and stakeholder orchestration. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI capabilities and practical dealer needs, ensuring our AI services deliver measurable value across diverse platform contexts.
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI services that span multiple platforms and dealer verticals
- Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear requirements and intuitive user experiences for non-technical dealer users
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver AI features from concept through launch
- Coordinate with 5-10 platform product and development teams to ensure consistent, high-quality AI integrations
- Establish and track success metrics; use data to iterate on AI service performance and adoption
- Gather and synthesize feedback from dealers, platform teams, and internal stakeholders to inform product direction
- Communicate product plans, trade-offs, and progress to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Stay current on AI/ML trends, vendor capabilities, and competitive landscape to inform build-vs-buy decisions
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of shipping at least one AI-powered feature or product to production
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple product teams or platforms simultaneously
- Strong technical acumen—comfortable discussing APIs, ML model behavior, and system architecture with engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision making with experience defining and tracking product metrics
- Experience with agile development methodologies, Jira
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive, RV, powersports, marine, or dealer software industries
- Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, LLMs, or generative AI implementation
- Background working with marketplace or multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Experience with AI/ML product patterns such as human-in-the-loop workflows, model monitoring, or A/B testing ML features
- Understanding of dealer operations, lead management, or digital retailing workflows
What Success Looks Like:
-
First 90 days: Develop deep understanding of existing AI services, platform architectures, and dealer pain points; build relationships with platform teams; identify quick wins and integration gaps
-
First 6 months: Deliver measurable improvements to at least two AI services; establish repeatable integration patterns across platforms; create AI services roadmap aligned with company strategy
-
First year: AI services show demonstrable impact on dealer outcomes (lead conversion, efficiency, engagement); you're the recognized cross-platform authority on AI product strategy
