1. Publishing & Operations Platform
Build the analytics and operations platform that powers Amanotes' game and app business, targeting 3-5x productivity uplift across teams.
UA, Creative, and Ads Ops automation systems with auto and smart bidding
Creative production support and management (from idea to result)
Holistic A/B testing system covering full lifecycle: ideation, hypothesis, conclusion, and report aggregation
Advanced product analytics with proactive anomaly detection and trend monitoring
App publishing flow, app store management, and compliance automation
Licensing management and standardized song analytics
2. Personalization
Lead the development of personalization as Amanotes' next frontier capability, enabling games to adapt to each user's unique skill and preferences to maximize flow state and engagement.
Dynamic difficulty adjustment: serving the right difficulty level to maximize user experience and progression
Song recommendation engine: recommending songs based on user behavior and preferences
Personalized monetization: optimizing ads/IAP formats and pricing to balance user experience and LTV
User understanding infrastructure: building unified user profiles across the game portfolio
Recommendation systems: evaluating build vs. buy decisions for ML models
3. AI Transformation
Drive Amanotes' AI-first transformation across production and operations, building a hyper-automation platform with agentic AI capabilities.
4. Data Infrastructure
Own the foundational data infrastructure that enables all capability building, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and actionability.
Robust data collection and cleaning pipelines with operation logs integration
Democratized data access: enabling anyone to explore data without dependency on DA team
Proactive monitoring systems with anomaly detection and predictive models
Product testing environment with sandboxed, isolated testing capabilities
Data governance and quality frameworks ensuring reliability for all downstream systems
1. Strategic Clarity & Coherence
Define and maintain clear product roadmaps that directly connect to Amanotes' 2028 strategy and business goals
Ensure strategic alignment using impact-effort prioritization and projected ROI validation
Manage dependencies across platforms and coordinate with game divisions on adoption timing
Establish clear success metrics and early signals for each capability component
2. Technical Product Capability Building
Build and lead a high-performing technical product team (Product Owners, Data Scientists, Analysts)
Establish product management practices that balance speed with quality and learning
Drive build vs. buy decisions, evaluating third-party solutions against in-house development
Foster an AI-first mindset and ensure the team stays current with emerging technologies
Create measurement frameworks to track actual impact and drive continuous improvement
3. Stakeholder Management & Communication
Run effective customer success programs: co-creating with stakeholders, understanding pain points, driving adoption
Provide regular updates to management team and maintain transparent roadmap communication
Collaborate with game divisions (PI, BH, DR, spinoffs), subsidiaries, and portfolio companies
Work with external partners (technology vendors, licensing partners, publishing team) effectively
Proactively communicate platform incidents, issues, and learnings to stakeholders
International exposure: Work with global partners and a diverse, international workplace
4. R&D Labs & Music Innovation: Host and lead R&D labs that push the boundaries of music-technology innovation, creating a space f2or cutting-edge experimentation that feeds into Amanotes' product pipeline.
Establish and manage an R&D lab focused on emerging music technologies (AI music generation, audio analysis, real-time audio processing)
Run structured innovation cycles: ideation sprints, rapid prototyping, and validation experiments with clear go/no-go criteria
Explore cutting-edge applications: AI-generated music variations, audio-based CNN for song analysis, dynamic musicalization of gameplay
Bridge research to production: create pathways for successful experiments to graduate into platform capabilities or game features
Foster external partnerships with universities, research institutions, and technology partners for cutting-edge exploration
Allocate dedicated innovation budget and team capacity (10-30%) for experimentation without immediate ROI pressure
Document and share learnings from experiments—both successes and failures—to build organizational knowledge
8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or technology management roles
Proven experience leading large-scale engineering organizations, technical platforms, or digital product ecosystems
Strong strategic leadership capability with proven experience driving technical vision, organizational scaling, and technology strategy aligned with business and company goals
