We are seeking a Technical Presales Manager to lead and structure our presales activity, working closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams.
As Technical Presales Manager, you will be responsible for the quality, relevance, and competitiveness of our technical and commercial proposals, with a strong focus on winning offers by delivering customer-centric solutions and optimizing the offer process.
Your main responsibilities include:
Leading or executing tactical responses to encountered problems, ensuring rapid resolution to maintain customer confidence and support the success of offers.
Supervising and collaborating with Sales entities to produce offers based on technical specializations, emphasizing innovative architectures and thorough solution analyses that meet customer expectations and increase win rates.
Actively participating in defining customer needs to suggest tailored technological developments that enhance the attractiveness and relevance of our proposals.
Working closely with technical teams and suppliers to build compelling business cases that address client challenges and differentiate our service offerings in competitive bids.
Interacting with SMEs to produce customized technical documentation and curate a portfolio of solutions that align with customer priorities and help Sales teams close deals.
Taking technical and financial ownership of offers within the Bid Management process, continuously optimizing workflows to reduce response times and improve proposal quality for better success rates.
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives focused on streamlining the offer process, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and increasing overall customer satisfaction.
Driving team improvement plans that enhance quality standards and maintain a customer-centric approach through regular monitoring of satisfaction feedback.
Coaching and developing the team to build skills and capabilities centered on delivering competitive, client-focused proposals efficiently.
Organizing the team’s technical and human resources effectively to ensure seamless design and delivery of solutions, balancing planning, workload coordination, and business objectives to support a smooth and customer-oriented offer process.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align customer needs and presales insights with the product vision and its ongoing evolution.

At least 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an IT technical environment (pre-sales, bid management and/or sales management).
Experience in project management and coordination of sales processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills (bridge-builder, people-oriented) are essential for the position.
Proven experience as a people manager, with a strong track record in leading and developing technical presales teams.
Demonstrated ability to analyse, optimize, and continuously improve presales and commercial processes.
Strong capability to bring structure and clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder technical environments.
Experience in taking and owning difficult decisions, balancing technical, commercial, and organizational considerations.
Data-driven and analytical mindset, using facts, figures, and performance indicators to support decision-making.
Language skills: trilingual: French – Dutch – English.
