Your mission
We are looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to join our Customer Operations team. You will be the "technical backbone" for our Customer Success Team, ensuring our platform is perfectly configured so our customers - leading global enterprises - can master their Supply Chain Risk Management.
Your main tasks will be:
Platform Implementation: You take the requirements from the Customer Success team and translate them into a technical reality. This includes setting up new customer environments, configuring user permissions, and tailoring the platform to specific client needs.
Data Operations: You handle bulk data updates and large-scale data imports, ensuring high data quality across the system.
Documentation: You create and maintain system documentation to ensure transparency in our processes and help build our internal knowledge base.
Troubleshooting & Automation: You collaborate with the Customer Success team to troubleshoot technical roadblocks to solve unique customer challenges, and support in building automations.
Your profile
Must-haves:
Very good Excel skills, tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
Working knowledge of SQL or propensity to learn
Ability to translate technical details into simple language for your non-technical colleagues in Customer Success
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to diverse work environments
Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Valid work permit for Austria
Bonus points for:
Script type programming languages (e.g. JavaScript or Python)
Fluent German skills
Experience in a SaaS & digital solutions companies
Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
Previous experience in a technical support role, procurement, or supply chain environment
