Technical Operations Manager

The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for the team of Support Specialists and

  • Manages and participates in the studio equipment build process, resource planning and managing projects;
  • Organizes and participates in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works;
  • Ensures uninterrupted work of studio technical equipment;
  • Evaluates suppliers and procures equipment, tools and materials required for R&D, builds and maintenance;
  • Participates in R&D and solution design process;
  • Participates in new employees selection and training;
  • Provides required reports.
  • 2 years of experience in team management;
  • Experience in managing vendors;
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Maths, Engineering, IT or Management);
  • C1 (advanced user) level of English;
  • Project management and planning skills;
  • Good judgement, logical thinker and detail oriented;
  • Technical background with broadcast equipment; lighting and staging equipment will be considered an advantage.
