We are growing fast and are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Operations Analyst to support the quality, stability, and day-to-day operations of our SaaS platform. This role reports to the Director of Engineering and sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Support. You will play a critical role in ensuring new features are released with confidence and production issues are identified and resolved quickly.
A great candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is comfortable with SaaS systems and healthcare data, and thrives in fast-paced environments that require flexibility and attention to detail.
