Technical Operations Analyst

Partner Integration & Support
Act as the main liaison for partners during the technical integration phase, providing hands-on guidance and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by partners, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Clearly explain integration requirements, system capabilities, and technical workflows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor integration progress and proactively address potential blockers to avoid delays.
Cross-functional Communication
Bridge communication between external partners and internal engineering or development teams to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines.
Translate technical concerns into actionable items for developers, and relay updates or solutions back to partners in a clear and concise manner.
Provide consistent status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the integration lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings, discussions, and documentation to support smooth collaboration across teams.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in current integration and operational workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance speed and quality.
Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices for partner integrations and technical support.
Contribute to the standardization of processes to improve scalability and consistency across multiple integrations.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and integration best practices to continuously enhance platform capabilities.
Additional Responsibilities
Support various operational and technical initiatives as needed, including ad hoc analysis, reporting, or project coordination.
Assist in testing, validation, and quality assurance efforts related to integrations and system updates.
Take on other duties as assigned to support the broader Technical Operations and business objectives.
Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and RESTful services.
Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in technical support, operations, or integration roles is a plus.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar tech-driven industries is a plus.
