Devhd is looking for a new colleague to join our team of experienced IT Professionals and lead our Marketing Initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing pipeline generating marketing activities for sales teams and in B2B technology and business services marketing. He/She will be responsible for managing and executing demand generation campaigns and activities, as well as owning the relationship and building alignment with our core sales team, human resources team, solution consultants and the extended product team. Activities will include: forecasting, planning and executing effective marketing campaigns and events with a focus industry specific programs (ServiceNow) with the goals of generating pipeline and expanding Devhd’s portfolio within current clients, drive net new business and improving employeer branding and recognition.
Your responsibilities
- Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals and ensuring that the strategies are effectively implemented
- Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms and environments, including blogs, websites, social media, email, creating case studies, success stories, newsletter, or managing press releases
- Partner with individuals and teams across field marketing and campaigns to help improve pipeline generating campaigns (email nurtures, events, account-based marketing, webinars, etc.) and providing value-added analysis to support marketing decisions
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing
- Research and analyze digital trends to determine appropriate positioning and marketing communication activities
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Report on periodic activities, results and ROI for marketing
- Align with ServiceNow Marketing and Branding
Your qualifications
- Previous relevant experience (at least 3+ years) as a marketing specialist within a technical environment / IT industry
- Having an in-depth knowledge of IT&C business services and products or previous experience in content creation, marketing, communications in information technology
- Experience in program management, lead generation or B2B Marketing, preferably with experience in Marketing or Sales Operations
- You know how to grow B2B social media audiences and keep them engaged.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high-level way, the ability to communicate key points to different audiences
