What You’ll Do as a Technical Marketing Manager – Agentic AI at Arteris
Arteris is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager – Agentic AI to define and position AI-augmented System IP across our existing interconnect, caching, SoC integration automation, and cybersecurity product portfolio. This role is ideal for a technically strong marketer or engineer-turned Technical Marketing Manager (TMM) or Product Management and Marketing (PMM) who enjoys working at the intersection of silicon, software, AI, and SaaS-style delivery models. The goal is to define, evolve and expand various Agentic AI and AI-enabled technologies across the product line portfolio, from concept to productization to successful customer adoption and scaling.
The initial focus is on Technical Marketing Management and go-to-market execution, with a clear growth path into broader Product Management and Marketing (PMM) responsibilities as new Agentic AI and AI-driven capabilities are productized, launched, deployed, and scaled.
You will primarily partner with the rest of the PMM team, as well as Digital Marketing and R&D teams, while also working with Ecosystem, Legal, Brand and other teams across the company, including the executive team. You will take part in customer requirements gathering, competitive analysis, support product line definition including packaging and pricing, product roadmap planning and creation, through to product collateral development, go-to-market launches and promotion, sales enablement, and engagement with ecosystem partners. This market, factory and customer-facing role will also support the PMM team with involvement with technical media, industry shows as well as pre-sales activities from understanding potential customer needs to articulating the technical benefits of our products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical marketing for AI-augmented and agentic capabilities across multiple Arteris product lines.
- Research and closely monitor the Agentic AI landscape including competitive and ecosystem analysis, formulating a strategic response.
- Engage with customers to understand their business and technical challenges and collect input for the Arteris product strategy and roadmaps. Furthermore, you will collect feedback from customers for current product usage including issues and enhancement requests.
- Engage with third-party ecosystem and agentic framework partners to support integrated solutions and joint messaging, in collaboration with Ecosystem team, IT, R&D.
- Define and communicate the value of SaaS-like execution models both internally to R&D and externally through supporting the PMM team, including single-run and multi-run flows for exploring and converging on optimal system configurations.
- Influence MRDs and product roadmaps with a strong customer and market perspective, supporting the portfolio expansion for Agentic AI and related capabilities and creating a common umbrella of capabilities across all products.
- Drive product and technology early-access and beta programs, influencing pricing and packaging, licensing, and go-to-market activities, including launches and supporting ecosystem enablement. Collaborate with the broader marketing team as well as R&D, Sales, and Field teams to develop product positioning targeting buyer personas, and develop product content, including white papers, speaking abstracts, articles, presentations
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, PMMs, Digital Marketing, Legal and IT to develop cohesive, system-level narratives and sales enablement.
- Serve as an industry evangelist and domain thought leader by blogging, engaging on social media and technical media platforms, and speaking/presenting at customer, ecosystem partner, and industry events.

Over time, take on expanded product management and marketing ownership as offerings expand and mature.
Experience Requirement/ Qualification:
- BS/MS in EE, CE, CS, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in SoC/ASIC, System IP, or closely related domains.
- 3+ years in AI or Machine Learning or Deep Learning technologies or techniques.
- Background in EDA AI tools, options, and automation is a plus.
- Background in technical marketing, product management, product marketing, field applications engineering, product engineering, or engineering management.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments, data-driven workflows, or iterative execution models.
- Experience working across multiple product lines or platform portfolios.
- Familiarity with third-party AI or agentic ecosystems.
- Exposure to AI-assisted optimization, agentic workflows, or automated design/configuration exploration.
- A systems-thinking mindset and curiosity about how AI reshapes product delivery.
- Interest in evolving into a broader PM / PMM role.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer value.
- Hands-on attitude towards all TMM / PMM functions and effective teamwork.
- Strong operational and organizational skills, including cross-functional teams, from seasoned executive team down to new hires.

Education Requirements:
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Estimated Base Salary
- €80,000 to €110,000 annually. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
