As a Technical Manager, you are the technical leader of a strategic client account - or a portfolio of accounts - with end-to-end ownership of the technical success and quality of our solution delivery. You work in close partnership with the Delivery Leader, ensuring that our clients not only go live successfully, but continue to thrive and scale with confidence.
You are a hands-on leader who drives solution design with architects, partners closely with engineering leads, and leads from the front when needed during complex technical challenges or critical incidents. You set the tone for engineering excellence, while ensuring the right technical team structures and accountabilities are in place to deliver at scale.
Throughout the client journey, you are the primary technical contact and trusted advisor, seamlessly navigating between technical deep dives and high-stakes conversations with CIOs and executives. You bring clarity, confidence, and commitment to every interaction while shaping outcomes.
