The Role

We seek a talented Technical Lead (Fullstack UI) with CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Node.JS experience who can take a UX design to a customer delighting UI Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing high-quality UI application software in a cloud- native environment. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions using JavaScript, React, CSS, HTML, Node.JS technologies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.

You’ll be expected to be resourceful, a selfless team player, and regularly go above and beyond your “day job”. The upside is that this is a highly visible role with unbound growth opportunities. Note that this is not just a front end development role and requires full stack experience of developing Node.JS applications. 

This individual contributor role is based out of Palo Alto, CA office (On-Site).

Responsibilities:

• Drive and lead UI applications from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, scalable software solutions using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, React, Node.JS in a cloud-native environment.
• Participate in the design, development, and testing of software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop end to UI applications including APIs on Node and Databases integrations using ORM layer.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to implement software design patterns and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
• Architect end-to-end solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, and system architecture.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and share knowledge with the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development using React, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
• Proficient in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, React, Node.JS, SQL/NOSQL, REST, APIs, and WebPack.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, or Stylus
• Hands on experience building intuitive frontend applications.
• Demonstrated experience in system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices.
• Ability to lead and manage technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Hands on experience with WebSockets, Redis and API development 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins and Terraform.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS

Compensation:

At Aisera, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

For this role, our current base pay ranges is:

BASE SALARY: $150,000-$210,000

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, and equity.
