Technical Lead - SFMC
Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions, including but not limited to Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder.
- Oversee the integration of SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other third-party platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and consultants on best practices, coding standards, and solution design.
Solution Design & Development:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SFMC solutions.
- Develop advanced SSJS, AMPscript, SQL queries, and API integrations to customize SFMC for client-specific needs.
- Build and optimize automations, journeys, and triggered sends for personalized customer engagement.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SFMC strategies with organizational goals.
- Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
Strategic Planning & Implementation:
- Architect end-to-end campaign solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer journey strategies.
- Evaluate and implement new SFMC features and updates to maximize the platform's capabilities.
- Provide strategic recommendations for improving customer engagement and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
● 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
● Strong expertise in SSJS, AMPscript, SQL, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
● Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
● Solid understanding of customer data models, segmentation, and personalization.
