Primary role

As a member of the Engineering team focused on technical design and product development:

• Works closely with the product owners and technical leaders to help develop solution architecture, core system components and proof of concepts
• Contributes to building and maintaining the solution frameworks (architecture & design) that support multiple implementations
• Works autonomously to tackle complex technical issues (such as scalability & performance) and ongoing framework enhancements
• Conducts design reviews and code reviews to ensure superior product quality
• Maintains the technical design documentation and communicates architectural and design changes to development teams • Mentors and provides technical oversight to Tech Leads and Developers 

Basic qualifications

• 8 - 10 years of experience working with .NET technologies, with advanced proficiency in C#
• Demonstrated knowledge on complex enterprise business application
• Strong background in web technologies and architectures
• Technical acumen and understanding of agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization
• Experience in SQL Server Databases, designing new or altering existing table structures to meet project requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

Preferred qualifications

• Data-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving and project management
• Experience working in a product-based IT company and/or banking and financial services company
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies, including Agile
• Experience working with ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, NoSQL, Message Queue, and building Reusable Libraries
