We're looking for talented teammates who’ll help us maintain strong teamwork and are passionate about driving results.

In this hybrid role, you will report to a Systems Test Engineering Manager.

 

You will:

  • Build and manage a small team of engineers to scalably verify our autonomous vehicle perception stack 
  • Improve test tooling and infrastructure to make it more scalable, maintainable, and extensible 
  • Write software to perform data mining or measure the performance of the autonomous vehicle in perception edge cases
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders in Perception, Simulation, and Systems Engineering

 

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, with a focus on promoting a collaborative and innovative environment 
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Fluency in Python and C++
  • Ability to hire, develop and train others to develop test tooling, perform data mining, and/or develop key metrics for measuring autonomous vehicle performance

 

We prefer:

  • Experience and interest in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or similar field 
  • 1+ years of engineering management experience  
  • Advanced Engineering degree 
  • Some working technical knowledge of, and interest in, how ML-based perception systems work

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
