Your mission
We are looking for an Technical Implementation Manager (f/m/d) who will technically support the onboarding and successful rollout of our supply chain risk management solutions for customers. Your main tasks will be:
Oversee the technical implementation of supply chain risk management solutions, guaranteeing a successful rollout for customers
Monitor and ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies as they arise
Collaborate closely with Customer Success & Implementation Manager to ensure customer happiness and rapid onboarding timelines
Continuously improve the technical implementation process through automations and quality gate creation to ensure data quality and a smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation.
Your profile
Must-haves:
Very good Excel skills, tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
Advanced SQL skills or propensity to learn
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to diverse work environments.
Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
Valid work permit for Austria
Bonus points for:
Script type programming languages like javascript or python
Experience in a SaaS & digital solutions companies
Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
Previous experience in technical industry, procurement industry or supply chain environment
