Position Overview:
The Technical Implementation Manager focuses on Customer Pilot (paid trial) Operations Support, Tooling & Product Optimization, and Scaling Fleet Support, acting as a key liaison between Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
The ideal candidate will leverage a strong blend of technical expertise, operational insights, and process-driven problem-solving to enhance the performance of Brain’s autonomous robotic platform. This role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, optimizing support workflows, and facilitating a smooth handoff / transition from Sense pilot programs to scaled fleet operations. This position is critical in troubleshooting issues, improving operational processes, and driving continuous enhancements that support both internal teams and customer success.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in San Diego, California is $111,500 to $136,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Brain Corp is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
